Loyalty Rewards Program
To thank you for shopping with us, we have created the Loyalty Rewards Program. You earn points each time you make a purchase. One point is earned for each dollar spent, exclusive of tax, discounts, or shipping fees.

When you redeem points, we'll give you a Coupon Code to use on a future order, valid up to 1 year. The amount will be $10 per 500 points redeemed, and the minimum redemption amount is 500 points.

To receive your Coupon Code, click "My Account" above and then click the Loyalty Rewards link. Use your Coupon Code on your next purchase by entering it during checkout.

Shipping and Estimated Delivery Times

Free U.S. Economy Shipping on all orders over $49 (Does not apply to wholesale orders)

Shipping costs and times depend upon the method you choose. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address in the order.

U.S. Economy, Standard, and Priority will usually be shipped via DHL or USPS at our discretion.

•Economy Shipping usually arrives in 6 to 10 business days.
•Standard Shipping usually arrives in 4 to 6 business days.
•Priority Shipping usually arrives in 2 to 4 business days.
•Express Shipping is guaranteed to arrive in 1 to 2 business days.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days from the date of your order.

We make every effort to ship orders on the first business day in which all ordered products are In Stock, though orders placed after 5:00 PM Central Standard Time may not be shipped until the following business day. Any order containing one or more products marked as "Available" will usually be shipped within 2-3 business days.

In an effort to provide better customer service and ensure you receive your products as soon as possible, there may be times that we elect to ship part of your order right away and ship any delayed products at a later date. There is no additional charge to you when your order is split into multiple shipments.

U.S. Express Shipping

U.S. Express Shipping is offered for a flat rate of $34.99 on all orders (Does not apply to wholesale orders) and will be shipped via USPS Express Mail. USPS Express Mail (including Saturday delivery for orders placed on Friday) is available for In-Stock products. Your order must be placed by 3:00pm Central Standard Time. USPS guarantees overnight delivery to most locations or your shipping fee will be refunded. Some zip codes are only guaranteed for 2nd day delivery. Inventory and Stock Availability
We maintain inventory levels to balance the needs of keeping products you want in-stock while ensuring product freshness and long remaining shelf life. All items list whether they are “In Stock”, “Out of Stock”, "Back Ordered" or “Available”. If a product you wish to order is Out of Stock or Back Ordered, click the "Email Notification" link to receive an email when the product is back In Stock, generally within 1-2 days unless Back Ordered. “Available” products are low-volume products we don’t actively maintain in inventory but which we can obtain readily from the manufacturer, typically within 2-3 days.

Returns and Exchanges
You may return unopened products for any reason for a full refund, less any shipping fees, within 30 days of receipt. Please inspect all products and expiration dates before opening the bottles as returns on open bottles are not permitted. Please do not throw away unwanted items until you have contacted Customer Service.

To have your return processed in the most time efficient manner, we ask that you use the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. This can be found by logging in, clicking the My Account Link in the upper right hand corner, then clicking Review Previous Orders in the Orders section, then clicking the Returns link for the order you would like to return. Upon successfully completing the return form and submitting it, you will receive an email with an RMA number and further instructions.
