What products are eligible?
You can tell if an item is eligible for the Cell-Logic-USA Auto Ship Program on the item detail page. All eligible items have an Auto Ship box from which you can select your Auto Ship Frequency.
How do I place an order for an Auto Ship item?
Here’s how to enroll a product in the Auto Ship Program:
- Go to the product detail page for any eligible product.
- Enter the desired quantity as usual. (Note: This is both a quantity to purchase today *and* the quantity you’ll receive for future Auto Ship Orders. Quantity can be changed later if desired.)
- select the desired frequency from the Auto Ship drop down list, such as every 30 days. (See picture at the top of this page.)
- Click the Add to Cart button.
- Continue with the checkout process. When reviewing your order, you can change the Quantity or Frequency if needed.
- After reviewing your order, click Submit Order to place your order.
- Pay for your order. Your payment method will be saved and used for future orders (unless you change it).
Once the order is complete, we will immediately process and ship your first order (today’s order). Your will receive an order shipment confirmation email.
Your next shipment will automatically be processed based upon the frequency you selected. On your scheduled shipment date we will process your order, apply a 5% discount and give you free shipping, and send you an order shipment confirmation email to keep you updated on the status of your Auto Ship order.
How can I pay for my Auto Ship Order?
Credit cards and electronic payment from a saving or checking account are the only forms of payment that can be used for Auto Ship orders. You pay for auto ship items only as they are shipped. For each shipment, we will charge the form of payment saved on file for the price of the item at the time the shipment is processed, less the Auto Ship discount, plus any applicable sales tax. Shipping on Auto Ship orders is FREE.
How do I change or cancel my Auto Ship Order?
After you place your order, you can manage your Auto Ship details in the “My Account” section of the website. Look for the “My Account” link in the upper right of every page.
Once in the My Account section, click the Manage Auto Ship Orders link. From there you can:
- Change the shipment frequency
- Change the next shipment date
- Change the payment method
- Change the quantity to be shipped
- Remove products
- Pause your Auto Ship order
- Cancel your Auto Ship Order completely
How is my discount calculated?
The discount you receive for your Auto Shipment will be calculated based upon the current price on the day each shipment is processed. Therefore, if the price of the item increases or decreases, the amount you’re charged may also increase or decrease. The Auto Ship discount cannot be combined with other Promotional Codes or discounts. Sales Tax (when applicable) is not included when calculating the discount.
Do my Auto Ship Orders still qualify for Loyalty Rewards Points?
Yes. You will earn and accrue Loyalty Rewards Points just like you would on any other order.
Can I apply additional discounts or Loyalty Reward Points to my Auto Ship Order?
No. The Auto Ship discount cannot be combined with any other discount, coupon or offer, including Loyalty Reward Point Coupons.
Will I receive notification when my Auto Ship Order ships?
Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation email just like regular orders. The email will contain an invoice for the order as well as a tracking number so you can check on the delivery status while in transit.
How are Auto Ship Orders shipped?
Your scheduled shipment date is the date your auto ship item will be released for processing. All Auto Ship Orders will be shipped Standard Shipping which usually takes 2-3 days, but please allow for 5-10 business days for delivery. Due to factors outside of our control, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date of your order. Auto Ship items are not eligible for shipping upgrades. Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email that includes your tracking number for your convenience.
What if an Auto Ship item is not available on a scheduled shipment date?
If any Auto Ship item is unavailable on the day it is scheduled to be shipped, we will continue to attempt to fulfill the order. When the product becomes available, we will ship the item to you, and you will receive a shipment confirmation email. If the item does not become available before the next scheduled shipment date, we will notify you via email that the shipment has been canceled. Future orders will not be affected, provided the Auto Ship item becomes available, and will be delivered according to your selected schedule. If any Auto Ship item is discontinued or no longer available for any reason, we will automatically cancel your Auto Ship for that item and no additional orders associated with that Auto Ship item will be placed.
Why is my Auto Shipment on Hold?
If any problems arise with your Auto Ship Order payment method, we will notify you via e-mail or telephone using the email address or phone number associated with your account asking that you resolve the problem. All of your Auto Shipments will be placed on hold and no additional shipment will be processed or shipped until the problem has been resolved.
How do I update my Auto Ship Payment Method?
You can update your payment method via the Edit Payment link on the Manage Auto Ship Orders screen that can be found under the My Account link on the website. You will be able to update the current credit card/account, select another credit card/account already on file, or add a new credit card/account and set that as the default credit card/account for your auto shipments. What can I do if I’m getting too much?
You can pause your Auto Ship Order until such time as you would like it to resume or you can change the next shipment date, frequency or quantity at any time on the Manage Auto Ship Orders link that can be found under the My Account section of the website. To pause your Auto Shipment, simply click on the “Pause auto ship item” link next to the product you wish to have paused. The Auto Shipment will be paused until you select the “Reactivate” link when are ready for it to be processed.
